摘要
人职匹配是现代职业指导理论的基本理念和出发点,与岗位聘任工作有密切联系.基于人职匹配理论,分析了我国高校岗位聘任工作的现状及存在的问题,并提出了科学合理设岗、构建培养体系、完善绩效考核及合理合法聘任的改进办法.
Person-post matching is basic idea and start point of modern occupation guiding theory which has significant relationship with post appointment. Based on person-post matching theory, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of post appointment of colleges in our country and puts forward improvement methods such as settling post scientifically and reasonably, constructing training system, perfecting performance evaluation and appointing reasonably and legally.
