摘要
1999年发生在山东烟台附近海面的“11.2 4”特大海难事故 ,震惊全国。国务院、交通部将打捞“大舜”轮任务交给救捞系统 ,这项任务困难多、要求高 ,责任重、影响大。交通部救捞总局组织上海、烟台救捞局 (上海救捞局为主 )实施打捞工程 ,施工船舶于今年 4月10日进场 ,用 39个有效工作日 ,采用了多项新技术将“大舜”轮整体打捞出水。
At the end of this century all the Chinese people were shocked by the occurrence of a disaster at sea near Yantai, Shandong Province of China on Nov. 24, 1999. The Ministry of Communications ordered its two subordinates, the Shanghai Rescue and Salvage Bureau and the Yantai Rescue and Salvage Bureau to salvage the wreck. The salvage vessels arrived at the spot on April 10, 2000. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Communications the two bureaus spent 39 working days in salvaging the wreck afloat successfully by use of several new techniques after meticulous organization, command and operation, supported by the government of Shandong Province. On June 19, 2000, the ship was tugged to a shipyard and delivered to the shipowner. It is a new chapter of successful salvaging a large ro/ro ship in the history of salvage in China.
