摘要
针对冷却风扇轮毂存在加工后静平衡超差 ,即质心与几何中心不重合问题 ,分析了加工偏心量t与不平衡克数M的关系 ,并以此为依据 ,提出了新的加工工艺方法 ,成功地解决了这一难题 ,并在实践中加以应用和推广。
To eliminate overproof static balance of cooling fan wheel tyre after machining, i.e. barycenter is not geometric center, the relationship between machining eccentric distance t and unbalance gram M was analyzed. Based on the analysis, new machining technique was proposed and popularized in operation to solve the problem successfully.
