摘要
针对氰化物电镀工艺流程中产生的含氰废弃物的无害化处理需求,设计并通过实验优化了一种新的工艺流程,将废弃物进行漂洗、过滤并灰化、使灰化物溶于水并完成破氰处理,漂洗与破氰处理后的废水可按照氰化物废水处理工艺进行处理。该工艺可实现含氰废弃物的无害化并能显著减少固体废弃物质量。
In order to achieve harmless treatment of cyanide-containing waste in electroplating, a novel process is designed and optimized by experiment. The cyanide-containing waste is first treated by rinsing, filtering and burning,dissolving the ashing residues in water and decomposing the cyanide. After that the wastewater of rinsing and cyanide decomposition can be treated as same as cyanide containing wastewater. it is proved that this new process can realize the harmless treatment of cyanide containing waste and reduce the weight of solid waste obviously.
