摘要
利用特征和的Fourier展开式以及Dirichlet L-函数的均值性质,研究不完整Cochrane和与Kloosterman和的混合均值,给出一个渐近公式,进一步探究了不完整Cochrane和与Kloosterman和之间的关系。
The Fourier expansion for character sums and the mean value theorems of Dirichlet L-functions are used to study the hybrid mean value of incomplete Cochrane sum and Kloosterman sum giving an asymptotic formula. The obtained result shows the relation between incomplete Coehrane sum and Kloosterman sum.
