摘要
采用问卷调查和专家访谈等科研方法,对齐齐哈尔市冰上竞技体育发展现状进行调研。结果显示:竞技体育后备人才较少,政策扶持力度较弱,裁判队伍水平有待提高,竞赛成绩出现下降趋势等。男子花样滑冰单人滑和男子冰球是具有核心竞争力的绝对优势项目,女子短距离速度滑冰、女子速度滑冰和女子花样滑冰单人滑项目是相对优势项目,齐齐哈尔市冰上竞技体育核心竞争力有待于进一步形成。
Survey in Qiqihar current situation of the development of competitive sports on the ice ,using seientificresearch methods of questionnaire investigation and expert interview. The results showed that： reserve talented person of Competitive sports is less, policy support is weak, the level of the referee team needs to improve, race results drop. Men＇s figure skating skating and ice hockey is absolute advantage of the core competitiveness. Women＇s short distance speed skating, speed skating and figure skating of appeal is comparative advantage project.The ice core competitiveness of competitive sports in Qiqihar should be further form.
