摘要 本文研究了低温稀薄等离子体对浆料处理后,浆料结构和成分发生的变化,并由此引起浆料性能上的变化。处理后浆料表面的均匀性得到提高,吸湿性增加,所调制的浆液对聚酯和聚乙烯薄膜的润湿性有所提高,处理淀粉的分解度提高了20.77%。浆液性能上的改变为:淀粉浆粘度降低十分显著,糊化温度降低,淀粉、PVA 对棉、涤棉纱的粘附性得到提高。 This paper has investigated the change of the structure and chemical component of sizeafter being treated by plasma at low temperature and density.The change of some size proper-ties have also been discussed.It is concluded that the evenness of size particle surface and themoisture absorption of size are increased,the size solution to moisten polyester and polyvinylfilm is also improved,and the capacity of starch decomposition is increased by about 20.77%.Also,the viscosity of size solution is obviously reduced,the pasting temperature of starch islowered,rand the starch or PVA solution adhesion to cotton or cotton/polyester yarn becomesgreater than before.
