浅析软件技术专业构建双主体教学质量监控体系

摘要 双主体教学质量监控是指在办学过程中,西安职业技术学院和校企合作企业“两个监控主体”共同参与,全面全程监控教学质量,加大反馈和调控力度,不断改进软件技术专业教学工作,促进教育教学质量的提高,确保人才培养质量的教学质量监控体系.学校主体在质量监控过程中构建以建立健全规章制度为先导,以日常教学检查与专项评估为契机,以教学督导、学生教学信息员的“15679”教学质量监控体系;企业主体发挥行业企业一线优势,根据职业岗位能力需求,每学期末独立对学生进行岗位能力达标测试,以评估学生是否达到企业用人要求. The double subject teaching qulity monitoring means that in the process of running a school, the two monitoring subjects, Xi' an Vocational and Technical College and the cooperated enterprises, participate corporatedly, fully monitor teaching qulity, increase the intensity of feedback and control, continuously improve the software technology specialty teaching, promote the improvement of quality of educationa and teaching, ensure the quality of personnel training of teaching quality monitoring system. School subject in the quality monitoring process is to establish and perfect rules and regulations as the guide, take the opportunity of dalily teaching examination and evaluation, eastablish the "15679" teaching quality monitoring system based on teaching supervisors and the inteUigance students for teaching and leaming. Enterprises subject in the quality monitoring process is to exert the advantages of industry enterprises, according to the professional post ability demand, test the students'post standard at the end of the every term to assess whether students meet employment requirements.
