一种雷达模拟电路测试仪的设计

摘要 为实现雷达模拟电路故障检测的自动化,提高其故障检测效率,设计出一种便携式雷达模拟电路检测系统。该系统基于嵌入式技术扩展(Embedded Technology Extended,ETX)模块,设计有VGA接口、USB接口、串口扩展电路以及功能扩展模块A/D模块。新系统采用模块化、层次化的软件编程思想,在Windows XP Embeded环境下,使用VC++编程,可实现某型雷达的2种模拟电路组合和16种模拟电路功能的自动检测。通过测试,该检测仪运行稳定,检测结果准确。 In order to achieve the automation and to improve the efficiency of the fault detection in the radar analog circuits, a portable radar analog circuit detection system is proposed. This system is based on the Embedded Technology Extended (ETX) module and designed with VGA interface, USB interface, serial port expansion circuit and function extension A/D module. This system adopts a modular, hierarchical software programming idea with VCq-~ programming un- der the Windows XP embedded environment. It can achieve automatic testing on two combina- tions of analog circuits and automatic detection on sixteen types of analog circuits for certain type radar. According to the detection results, the detector runs steadily and accurately, and provides a guarantee for fault detection and maintenance of the radar equipment.
