摘要
介绍了第一次全国水利普查崇左市的水资源管理情况,分析了取用水户管理、行政审批、用水效率等水资源管理方面存在的问题,并提出解决的办法。
An introduction was made on the water resources administration of Chongzuo City as shown by the re suits of the first China census for water. The author analyzed the problems existing in management of water users, administrative examination and approval, water utilization efficiency etc. before proposing a solution.
