摘要
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤(Severe head injury SHI)患者的术后护理,降低病人的致残率和死亡率。方法对28例SHI病人加强术后护理,进行健康教育等方法。结果痊愈13例,轻残6例,中、重残4例,死亡5例,提高了护理质量,使病死率降低。结论加强基础护理,严密观察生命体征,减少并发症的发生,促进患者更好的康复,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective to explore the nursing care of patients with severe brain injury after operation, reduce patient morbidity and mortality. Methods 28 patients with severe craniocerebral injury patients to strengthen postoperative nursing, health education method. Results 13 cases were cured, 6 cases, mild disability, severe disability in 4 cases, 5 cases of death, improve the quality of care, the mortality rate decreased. Conclusion strengthening basic nursing, close observation of vital signs, reduce complications, promote the patient better rehabilitation, improve the quality of life of patients.
