摘要
目的应用3.0T三维时间飞越法磁共振血管造影(3D TOF-MRA)技术探讨大脑后动脉交通前段内径与基底动脉内径和颈内动脉内径之间可能存在的关系,为影像诊断和治疗工作提供参考。方法对55例来我院接受3.0T 3D-TOF磁共振血管造影检查者的影像资料进行回顾性分析。于最大信号强度投影法(Maximum Intensity Projection,MIP)重建图像上测量双侧大脑后动脉交通前段、基底动脉和双侧颈内动脉的内径,并进行统计学分析。结果左大脑后动脉交通前段内径和基底动脉内径的相关系数为0.664(P=0.000);右大脑后动脉交通前段内径和基底动脉内径的相关系数为0.727(P=0.000)。本研究未发现大脑后动脉交通前段内径和颈内动脉内径的相关性。结论大脑后动脉交通前段内径和基底动脉内径有关;大脑后动脉交通前段内径可能和颈内动脉内径无明显关系。
Objective To investigate the possible relationship between the diameter of Posterior Cerebral Artery (PCA) precommunicating segment and the diameter of Basilar Artery (BA) and the diameter of Internal Carotid Artery (ICA) with 3.0T Time of Flight Magnetic Resonance Angiography (3D TOF - MRA) in order to provide reference information for performing imaging diagnosis and treatment. Method A retrospective analyse was performed on the image data of 55 cases examined by 3.0T 3D Time of Flight MRA in the hospital. Artery diameters of bilateral Posterior Cerebral Arteries ( PCA ), Basilar Artery (BA) and bilateral Internal Carotid Arteries ( ICA ) were measured on the Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) images, and statistical analyse was performed. Result The correlation coefficient of the diameter of left Posterior Cerebral Artery ( left PCA) precommunicating segment and the diameter of Basilar Artery (BA) is 0.664 ( P = 0. 000 ). The correlation coefficient of the diameter of right Posterior Cerebral Artery ( right PCA) precommunicating segment and the diameter of Basilar Artery (BA) is 0. 727( P = 0. 000). No correlation of the diameter of Posterior Cerebral Artery (PCA) precommunicating segment and the diameter of Internal Carotid Artery (ICA) was found in this study. Conclusions Relationship between the diameter of left Posterior Cerebral Artery ( left PCA ) precommunieating segment and the diameter of Basilar Artery (BA) exists. Probably there is no apparent relationship between the diameters of Posterior Cerebral Arteries (PCA) precommunicating segment and the diameters of Internal Carotid Arteries (ICA).
