摘要
随着人口数量的增加、经济的发展、汽车的普及,日本等国家的大气环境污染程度变得越来越严重,因此降低二氧化碳等温室气体排放量,构筑循环型社会是不可忽视的重要课题。介绍了日本的二氧化碳排放情况,同时介绍了汽柴油的无硫化、地球环境保护自主行动计划及实施情况、生物燃料的使用等日本所采取的措施。了解日本的温室气体排放情况及所有取的措施,对二氧化碳等温室气体排放量的增长势头强劲、减排压力不断增大的中国而言具有一定的意义。
With the increase of population, the development of economic and the popularity of cars, the degree of atmospheric pollution in Japan and other countries has become more and more serious. Thus reducing greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide and building a recycling-based society have become an important issue that can’t be ignored. In this paper, the situation of Japanese carbon dioxide emission was introduced as well as some control measures, such as producing non-sulfur gasoline and diesel, the global environmental voluntary action plan and its implementation, using bio-fuels. To understand Japanese greenhouse gas emission situation and all control measures has certain significance to China.
