摘要 研究了用钠的液氨溶液精制车用废润滑油,与废油中的变质烃类发生反应,达到再生的目的。通过对比得出钠的液氨溶液的最佳加入量,考察了精制温度对产物收率的影响。对产物进行性质测定结果表明:在钠的液氨溶液加入量为3.5 mL(以100 g废油为基准),精制温度为35℃的条件下,产物收率为89.2%,黏度指数为100,在补充白土吸附改进再生油的色度后,各性能指标均可达到HVI标准要求。 Refining automotive waste lubricating oil with sodium in liquid ammonia solution was researched, during refining metamorphic hydrocarbons in the waste oil reacted with sodium in liquid ammonia solution to achieve the regeneration. The optimal amount of sodium in liquid ammonia solution was obtained by comparative experiments. Effects of refining temperature on product yield were investigated. Properties of the product were characterized. The results show that when liquid ammonia solution of sodium is 3.5 mL (100 g waste oil as the base), the refining temperature is 35 ℃, the product yield can reach 89.2%, viscosity index is 100. After decolorization by the clay adsorption, all performance indexes of recycled oil performance can achieve HVI standards.
