摘要
采集了福建各地40多种木材进行了木梭新材种的试验。试验材种包括针叶材和阔叶材的环孔材米槠、甜槠、苦槠、栲树、板栗等,其中有多种木材物理性能、力学性能均达到木梭标准。对针叶材与阔叶材的环孔材的心材与边材,压缩方向,脱脂处理等都作了分析。
More than 40 sorts of timber were collected from every part of Fujian Pro- vince and taken into tests to see if they are available for new materials of loom shuttles.Among the tested timber coniferous and broad-leaved wood were included,for instance,evergreen chinquapin,chinese chestnut and other ring- porous wood.Phypsical and mechanical properties of many sorts of wood were proved to be up to the standards of loom shuttles.In this article,the different treatments of the center parts and the side parts around the circumferene of ring-porous timber of either coniferous or broad-leaved wood,the compress- ing direction,the de-fat process and so on are analysed.
