摘要
用电镜分析了快凝 Al- 4Cr- 4Zr- 2 Fe合金的时效组织 ,测定了其相应的显微硬度 ,表明 :合金在 40 0℃时效 6 h后 ,其硬度达到峰值 2 13HV,此时的析出相为 L12 - Al3Zr和 Al4(Cr,Fe)。时效时间过长会因析出相粗化导致硬度下降。
The aging microstructures in raplidly solidified Al 4Cr 4Zr 2Fe(at%) alloy were analysized by TEM. The corresponding microhardness were measured.The results show that after aging at 400℃ for 6h, the microhardness in the alloy was up to its peak value,213HV.the precipitates corresponding to the peak hardness were L1 2 Al 3Zr and Al 4(Cr,Fe).Over-aging made the microhardness value decrease due to coarseness of the precipitating phases.
