摘要
针舌脱落是舌针失效的常见形式.本文分析了针舌在工作中所受的力,提出增加光亮度,活舌,控制冲销位置,提高铣槽质量,减小冲销间隙,降低针头部位粗糙度,针钩与针舌充分吻合等措施.
Latch drop-off is the common form of latch needle's failure. This paper analyses the forces applied on a latch during its operation and offers a variety of precautions such as raise its brightness, make the latch easy to pivot, control strictly the punching position of latch pivot, better the quality in milling the needle groove, further limit the pivot punching space, reduce the rouphness of needle head, make complete engagement of the latch with needle head and so on.
