随着计算机、网络等高新技术的飞速发展,整个世界已经步入信息化时代。信息化时代图书馆馆藏发生了很大的变化,己不再是物理意义上的馆藏了,数字资源成为馆藏结构中很重要的一部分。从信息化时代图书馆的含义及构成变化,网络著作权的产生、我国著作权的发展历史,数字图书馆的组成及可能涉及的法律问题等方面,详细探讨了信息化时代我国图书馆所涉及的知识产权法问题。
