摘要
介绍了芦山7.0级地震对芦山县、天全县电力设施造成的破坏情况,总结了变电站室内外高压电气设备、输电线路的主要震害现象,分析了电力设施震害的特点及电力系统中地震时易发生震害的薄弱环节,提出了提高电力系统抗震性能的措施和建议,为电力设施的震害快速评估和抗震设计提供参考。
This paper introduced the damage of electric power system caused by Lushan earthquake in Lushan County and Tianquan County. The major earthquake damage phenomena of indoor and outdoor high-voltage electric equipments and electrical transmission lines of substation were summarized. The earthquake damage features and the weak links of the electric power system under the earthquake were analyzed. Measures and recommendations to improve the seismic performance of electric power system were put forward, which can provide a reference to the rapid assessment of earthquake damage and the seismic design of electric power system.
