摘要
随着国际工程总承包业务的不断开展和国际竞争的日益激烈,工程总承包企业需要在全球范围内配置和重组资本、技术、土地和劳动力等生产要素以实现竞争优势,而如何通过资源配置获得竞争优势就成为国际工程总承包企业生存与发展的关键所在。该文从众多制约企业生存与发展的因素入手,着重分析了物流管理这一核心与关键的因素。
With the development of international engineering general comracting business and international competition is increasingly fierce, the engineering general contracting enterprise needs in the global range configuration and restructuring of capital, technology, production factors such as land and labour to achieve comparative advantages, and how to achieve competitive advantage through the allocation of resources has become the international engineering general contracting enterprise the key to survival and development. In this paper, from the many restricting factors of enterprise survival and development, the core and key factor logistics management is analyzed emphatically.
