摘要
基于组态王工具和可编程控制器的煤位检测和自动报警装置,由可编程控制器工具实现与底层现场总线设备和上位机间的数据通信,采用相位测距算法作为煤位检测算法,组态王工具实现监控界面,通过该界面实现数据监控、报表数据、曲线图展示以及系统报警相关设置,系统在整体上是属于一种新型激光测距煤仓煤位监测系统。
This paper applied the new mining laser ranging type coal bunker coal level" sensor ranging principle and realization method of the design based on kingview 6.53 and programmable logic device based coal bunker coal a monitoring and automatic alarm system. Application of kingview software production coal bunker monitoring menu, the establishment of real-time curve and history curve, real- time report and historical statements, the establishment of database, and the next bit machine data communication. Hardware by using the programmable controller, through the writing PLC and PC communication and the field device control and data communication.
