放化疗联合治疗在间变性胶质瘤术后应用的系统评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价间变性胶质瘤术后放化疗联合治疗的疗效。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE和the Coehrane Libraty以及CNKI中文数据库中近15年研究放化疗联合治疗在间变性胶质瘤术后应用的文献,评价纳入文献的方法学质量并进行资料提取后,采用stata软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入4个RCT,包括965例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与单纯术后放疗相比,放化疗联合治疗在间变性胶质瘤术后应用的有效性有统计学意义[HR=0.74,95%C(I0.64,0.86)]。结论术后放化疗联合治疗能延长间变性胶质瘤的总生存期和无进展生存期,但由于纳入文献数量少,其在间变性胶质瘤各亚组中有效性的评价尚需要高质量、大样本的随机对照试验加以证实。 [ Objective ] To evaluate the effect of radiochemotherapy for anaplastic glioma after neurosurgical resection.[Methods] PubMed,EMBASE,the Coehrane Library and CNKIwere retrieved from January 1998 to March 2013. Stata software was used for statistical analysis. [ Results ] A total of 4 randomized controlled trials, 965 cases of patients with systematic review results showed that the effect of the radiochemotherapy treatment group was better than that of the radiotherapy only group, its HR(95%CI) was 0.74[0.64,0.86]. [Conclusion] OS and PFS were improved for anaplastic glioma with receiving radiochemotherapy versus RT alone. But the conclusion in subgroups still needs further large RCTs to demonstrate.
