经皮肺动脉瓣置入二例报道 被引量：24

摘要 经皮肺动脉瓣置入术（percutaneous pulmonary valve implantation, PPVI）是最早应用于临床的经皮瓣膜置换技术，国外2000年即有临床成功应用的报道。虽然国内2008年就有学者进行动物实验方面的研究，但既往尚未有临床应用的报道。2013年5月，复旦大学附属中山医院心内科率先在国内成功实施2例PPVI术并已完成3个月随访，现报道如下。
