摘要
目的为国内的患者偏好研究提供方法学方面的佐证与可行性参考。方法本文主要对国外常用的患者自述偏好研究理论—条件价值评估法、联合分析法与离散选择实验进行了综述分析。结果与结论患者偏好分析研究在国外已经比较完善,在国内虽然由于种种条件发展缓慢,但仍然是值得采用的一种健康资源分配与医疗方案制定时的信息参照。
Objective To provide methodology reference for patient preference assessment in China and give some suggestions for the local application. Methods Review of the most common methodology of patient preference research in western countries and several case studies, including contingent valuation method, conjoint analysis and discrete choice experiment. Results and Conclusion Patient preference assessment provides important information for healthcare resource allocation and better treatment, and it will play a significant role in Chinese health economic research.
