水轮发电机组因质量不平衡造成振动偏大,会严重影响机组安全运行。介绍了三峡电站7F机组运行期间机组摆度偏大的情况并分析其原因,使用机组配套的在线监测系统分析功能找出其配重方位,通过配重使7F机组摆度值处于优良状态,为机组持续安全稳定运行打下良好基础。
The Vibration of Hydroelectric Generating Set is too large caused by the mass unbalance, will seriously affect the safe operation of the unit. This article describes over-standard upper throw of the Three Gorges Power Station of Unit 7F during operation and analyzes its reason, used units supporting the on-line monitoring system for the analysis of the function to find out the weight bearing. By counterweight the unit 7F pendulum degrees in excellent condition, to lay a good foundation for the safe and stable operation of unit.
