摘要
传统水平模板支撑体系操作复杂、工时长、木龙骨循环利用率低、造价高、安全系数低。笔者成功研发了工具式水平模板钢结构托架体系,该体系能彻底替代传统水平模板支撑体系,做到了工具化、标准化,降低了劳动强度,提高了效率,节约了资源。本体系已在多个工程项目中得到推广应用,实践证明,该体系便捷高效,安全可靠,大量节约木材,具有显著的经济和社会效益。
Considering the drawbacks of the traditional horizontal formwork support system, such as complex operation, low labor efficiency, waste of the wood joist, high cost and low safety factor, the authors studied a new tool-type horizontal formwork steel support. Compared with the traditional system, this system has many advantages, such as low labor intensity, high efficiency and conservation of resources. This system has been used in multiple construction projects with remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
