糖尿病高血压大鼠动物模型的制备及稳定性观察 被引量:2

Modeling and Stability Observation of Animal Models of Diabetic Hypertensive Rats

摘要 目的:探讨建立高血压合并糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)大鼠模型的方法,并观察模型的稳定性。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)腹腔注射的方法造模。8周龄的SHR大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats)16只,随机等分成对照组和造模组。另选8只8周龄WKY大鼠作为正常血压对照组。给予造模组SHR按55 mg/kg体重的剂量腹腔注射STZ,诱导建立糖尿病高血压大鼠动物模型。结果:小剂量STZ(55mg/kg)腹腔注射SHR制备的糖尿病高血压大鼠模型,造模成本低,成模率高,模型稳定。结论:造模组能成功诱导建立糖尿病高血压大鼠模型。 Objective: To investigate the method of establishment the rat model of hypertension and diabetes, and to observe the stability of the model. Methods: Diabetic hypertensive rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). 16 spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) of 8-week-old were randomly divided into the control group and the model group. Replacement of 8 WKY rats of 8-week-old was chosen as normotensive control group. SHR intraperitoneal injection of STZ dose 55mg/kg body weight was given to establish the animal model of diabetic hypertensive rats. Results: Given the SHR by intraperitoneal injection of a small dose of STZ (55mg/kg) can successfully established diabetic hypertensive rat model. This method has the advantages of modeling a high success rate, low cost, built the stable model modeling. Conclusions: The stable and reliable diabetic hypertensive rat model was establish.
