摘要
ICU护士是心理压力过大的高发人群。本文通过对ICU护士的工作压力源与应对策略进行分析,为采取措施提高ICU护士的生活质量和工作的积极性,并提高ICU护理质量提供参考依据。
ICU nurses is of high risks of bearing excessive psychological pressure.In the paper the author analyzed the sources of work pressures of ICU nurses and provides some countermeasures,so as to improve their life quality,working initiative and nursing quality.
