摘要
目的运用"五个转变"加强医院感染工作的管理。方法将医院感染工作管理由静态管理转变为动态管理,由被动管理转变为主动管理,由单向管理转变为互动式管理,由强制性管理转变为疏导式管理,由小质量观转变为现代的大质量观。结果 "五个转变"能明显提升医院感染工作的管理能力。结论运用"五个转变"是加强医院感染工作的管理行之有效的方法。
Objective New management models were established of hospital infection.Methods Five changes were realized in the new management models as from static management to dynamic management,passive management to initiative management,one-way management to interactive management,mandatory management to guiding management,micro quality views to modern macro quality views.Results The new management model has improve the management effects of hospital infection.Conclusion These five changes are the effective methods to improve hospital infection management level.
