臭氧和紫外线联用的AOP集成技术及应用

摘要 基于氧化药剂和工艺单元的机理,提出了UV/O3-BAC-UF组合工艺,充分发挥催化氧化、物化吸附、精细过滤等协同作用,达到多级屏障和提高处理的效果。应用于住宅小区直饮水工程,出水水质满足《饮用净水水质标准》(CJ 94—2005),菌落总数、浊度、耗氧量等指标较进水降低显著,明显低于限值,口感令人愉悦。 Based on the mechanism of the oxidizing agents and technological unit, the UV/O3-BAC-UF combined technology is put forward fully to play the synergistic reaction of catalytic oxidation, physical and chemical adsorption, fine filtering and etc. in order to achieve the effect of multiple barrier and advanced treatment. The technology is applied in the direct drinking water project of residence community. The results indicate that the effluent quality can meet Water Quality Standards for Fine Drinking Water(CJ 94-2005). The aerobic bacterial counts, turbidity and oxygen consumption in effluent are evidently lower than influent and obviously lower than the limit value. Therefore, the taste is pleasant.
