摘要
对我国传统的基于工程保险的项目风险管理模式进行分析,指出其存在的弊端。在此基础上提出优化模式,并对优化模式的总体结构及优点进行分析,探讨优化模式框架下各风险管理主体包括投保人、保险公司、再保险公司、保险中介的职能定位。同时针对优化模式的实施运作提出转变经营理念、完善理赔机制及诚信体系等有关对策,供建筑业推行工程保险,有效防范工程项目风险作参考。
By analyzing Chinese traditional risk management scheme based on engineering insurance, some shortages of the traditional mode are pointed out, so optimizing mode is put forward. The general structure and advantages of the optimizing mode are analyzed, functions of the participants, including policy holders, insurance company, reinsurance companies and insurance agents, are explored in the optimizing mode. Points out some countermeasures involve change management ideal, perfection of the claim machining and credibility system. Some suggestions and advisory opinions are proposed to promote engineering insurance and control risk of engineering project.
