摘要
信息安全评估是构建继电保护系统信息防御体系的基础。鉴于安全因素的复杂性及多样性,建立了各因素的失效率模型,提出了一种基于熵、层次分析和灰色模糊理论的继电保护系统信息安全评估方法。在选取影响系统信息安全的主要因素的基础上,通过隶属函数和点灰度建立了灰色模糊评判矩阵。同时,针对传统综合评判在权重确定方面存在主观性、随意性的缺点,引入熵和层次分析相结合的方法确定权重系数。最后进行综合评判,得出系统信息安全等级。实例验证了该方法的有效性。
Cyber security assessment is the basis of constructing the cyber defense system for relay protection system. In view of the complexity and diversity of security factors, the failure rate model is built for each factor, and a cyber security assessment method of relay protection system is proposed based on entropy, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey fuzzy theory. Based on the main factors influencing the cyber security of system, the grey fuzzy evaluation matrix is established through the membership function and grey degree. Meanwhile, considering the subjectivity and casualness disadvantages about weight decision in traditional comprehensive evaluation, the weight coefficients are determined by combining entropy with AHP. Then the comprehensive evaluation is conducted and the security grade of system is derived. The actual case validates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
