摘要
探讨高职生生活事件与其主观幸福感的关系,为提高高职生的主观幸福感提供科学的理论依据。以扬州职业大学的859名高职生为对象,采用青少年生活事件量表和幸福幸福感指数量表进行测试。主观幸福感在不同性别、专业、家庭经济状况、是否为独生子女等变量间,均未发现显著性差异。非独生子女的高职生生活事件量表显著高于独生子女,家庭经济宽裕的高职生生活事件量表显著高于家庭经济困难的高职生。生活事件与主观幸福感之间呈显著负相关,主要表现在学习压力和健康适应因子上。结论:生活事件是影响高职生主观幸福感的重要因素。
This paper aims to probe into the relationship between life events and subjective well- being of high- er vocational college students, and provide the scientific theoretical basis for improving vocational college students'subjective well - being. 859 students from Yangzhou Polytechnic College are investigated and tested by using Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check-list (ASLEC) and index of well-being. The result shows that subjective well-being has no significant differences in the variables such as different genders, majors, family e- conomic status and whether the only child or not, etc, and that in life events scale of higher vocational students, the total score of non only children is slightly higher than that of only children, and the total score of impoverished college students~ is slightly higher than that of non- impoverished students, the subjective well- being has significantly negative association with life events, mainly expressed in learning pressures and health adaptation factors. Therefore, it concludes that life events are important factors to affect subjective well-being of vocational college students.
