介绍了酵母细胞壁的结构、化学组成和作用机理,并对酵母细胞壁在水产动物养殖中的应用研究进行了简要的回顾与总结。作为一种很有价值的新型饲料添加剂,酵母细胞壁有着无污染、无残留的优点,在水产养殖中作为饲料添加剂具有广泛的应用前景。
The article introduced the structure, chemical composition and action mechanism of the yeast cell wall. Also, it briefly reviewed and summarized the yeast cell wall applied in aquaculture. Because of its advantages such as non-pollution and non-residue, the yeast cell wall has a broad application prospects as a new valuable feed additive.
