湖泊网围鳖与池塘鳖脂肪酸组成分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用气相色谱分析方法对湖泊网围养殖中华鳖和池塘养殖中华鳖的脂肪酸组成进行了比较分析。结果表明,两种养殖模式中华鳖肌肉和裙边脂肪酸组成有差异。肌肉中池塘鳖有γ-亚麻酸(C18:3n6),湖泊鳖没检出;肉豆蔻酸(C14:0),二十碳五烯酸(C20:5n3)和二十二碳六烯酸(22:6n3)池塘鳖显著高于湖泊鳖(P<0.05);二十碳一烯酸(C20:1n9)、二十碳四烯酸(C20:4n6)和二十二碳四烯酸C22:4n6)池塘鳖显著低于湖泊鳖(P<0.05),其他脂肪酸含量差异不明显(P>0.05)。裙边中湖泊鳖有二十碳一烯酸(C20:1n9)和二十二碳四烯酸C22:4n6),池塘鳖没检出;肉豆蔻酸(C14:0),二十碳五烯酸(C20:5n3)和二十二碳六烯酸(22:6n3)池塘鳖显著高于湖泊鳖(P<0.05);十八碳一烯酸(C18:1n7)和二十碳四烯酸(C20:4n6)池塘鳖显著低于湖泊鳖(P<0.05),其他脂肪酸含量差异不明显(P>0.05)。 The composition of fatty acids of Trionyx sinensis from lake enclosure and pond were studied by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results indicated that the fatty acids composition from meat and calipash was different in two models. There was C18:3n6 in Trionyx sinensis meat from the pond, but no from the lake enclosure.The contents of C14:0,C20:5n3 and 22:6n3 in Trionyx sinensis meat from the pond was higher than lake enclosure(P〈0.05),and the contents of C20:1n9,C20:4n6 and C22:4n6 in meat from the pond was lower than lake enclosure(P〈0.05 ), there was no different obviously in other fatty acids (P〉0.05). There were C20: 1n9 and C22:4n6 in Trionyx sinensis calipash from the lake enclosure,but no from the pond. The contents of C14:0,C20:5n3 and 22:6n3 in Trionyx sinensis calipash from pond was higher than lake enclosure(P〈0.05), and the contents of C18:1n7 and C20:4n6 in meat from the pond was lower than the lake enclosure (P〈0.05),there was no different obviously in other fatty acids(P〉0.05).
