摘要
目的 探讨MRI在男性生殖器急性闭合伤中的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析本市2家医院2011年3月～2012年9月经临床诊断的7例男性生殖器急性闭合伤的MRI资料.结果 MRI表现为阴茎海绵体不完全折断1例,睾丸完全破裂1例,附睾挫伤1例,阴囊外伤性血肿4例.结论 MRI能够清晰显示男性生殖器急性闭合伤的部位、范围和程度,其MRI表现亦具有一定特征性,可为临床病情评判及治疗提供参考依据,其对男性生殖器急性闭合伤的诊断具有重要价值.
Objective To explore diagnostic value of MRI in acute closed injury of the male genitalia. Methods MRI data of acute closed injury of the male genitalia in 7 cases were analyzed retrospectively in our city of the two hospitals from March 2011 to September 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results MRI manifestations：cavernous body of penis was not completely broken in 1 cases,there was 1 case of complete rupture of testis,1 case of epididymis contu- sion,4 cases of traumatic hematoma of scrotum. Conclusion MRI can clearly show the position,range and extent of acute closed injury of the male genitalia,and its manifestations have a certain characteristic.h can provide a reference for clinical evaluation and treatment,MRI has important value in diagnosing acute closed injury of male genitalia.
