摘要
目的探讨癫痫儿童的智力水平及其影响因素。方法选用韦氏儿童智力量表中的相似性、数字广度、木块图和编码测验,对53例癫痫儿童和54例正常儿童进行测查分析并对不同发作类型进行比较,相关分析方法探讨起病年龄、病程及治疗用药与癫痫儿童智力的相关性。结果病例组儿童在总智商及4个分测验得分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。不同发作类型的癫痫儿童在总智商及4个分测验得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病程、用药数量与总智商、相似性、木块图负相关;起病年龄与总智商、相似性正相关。结论癫痫儿童智力水平存在一定程度的损害,且与癫痫发作类型、起病年龄、病程、用药数量有关。
[Objectives] To evaluate the intellectual level of children with epilepsy and analyze the correlative factors related to intellectual level of children with epilepsy. [Methods] 53 children with epilepsy and 54 healthy volunteers were evaluated with similarities test, digit span test, block design test and coding test in Chinese Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (C-WISC). Compared the FIQ (Full intelligence quotient) and four sub-test scores of children with different type of epileptic seizure; analyzed the correlation between intelligence of children with epilepsy and age of seizure onset, course of disease, antiepileptic drug. [Results] Intelligence levels of children with epilepsy were in the normal range, and the scores of the total intelligence and four subtests of children with epilepsy were lower than the control group (P 〈0.05). The differences of FIQ and four sub-test scores among children with different type of epileptic seizure were statisti cally significant (P 〈0.05). Course of disease, quantity of antiepileptic drug were negatively correlated with FIQ, scores of similarity test and the block design test; age of seizure onset was positively correlated with FIQ and scores of similarity test. [Conclusions] This study shows that intellectual level of children with epilepsy have a certain extent impaired, and there is close correlation between the intellectual levels and Seizure type, age of onset, course of disease and quantity of antiepileptic drug in the children with Epilepsy, so the clinicians and related person should pay attention to it and give effective and reasonable treatment.
