摘要
澳大利亚公立医疗集团从急性医院、亚急性医院、不同类型护理院、临终关怀医院、社区服务中心、居家上门服务到退休村,已有成熟运行的连续服务管理模式。不同专业发展方向、不同年资护士的有序流动和科学的岗位薪酬,既充分体现专业价值,又有效缓解老龄社会护理人力资源短缺的矛盾。为我国深化公立医院改革,促使优质医疗资源向基层流动,构建中国特色医疗康复养老服务体系,实施护士岗位管理提供借鉴和思考。
The public heahhcare group in Australia has run maturation with nursing services continuously from acute hospitals, sub-acute hospitals, nursing homes, hospice centers, community services centers to retirement village. The orderly moving and rational salary system among nurses with different expertise and work experience can not only reveal occupational values, but also effectively relieve the shortage of nursing human resources in aging society. The advanced experience in Australia can provide reference for the post management of nurses in China, as well as the medical reform on public hospitals and the development of aged care system.
