摘要
现代教育技术为创新人才的培养提供了较强的理论基础与物质条件,并促使现代教育理论、教学模式以及教学方式的深层次变革。现代教育技术对创新人才培养的作用主要通过培养学生的创造性思维能力、创新教学模式、整合教育资源与创设教育环境等机制来实现的。我们需要通过充分利用现代教育技术的信息集成功能、"云储存"功能、交互界面功能、实践平台的设计功能、虚拟现实的构建功能以及资源共享功能等优势来实现创新型人才的培养。
Modern educational technology provides strong theoretical foundation and material conditions of innovative talents, furthermore, it promotes the deep transformation of modem education theory, teaching mode and teaching methods. Its function is realized mainly by the cultivating students＇ creative thinking ability, innovating teaching mode, integrating educational resources and the creating educational environment and mechanism. We need make full use of the function of modem education technology, such as information integration function, ＂Mass storage＂ function, Interface function, design and practice platform, the construction of virtual reality and resource sharing function, to foster innova- tive talents.
