热采井预应力固井模块化地锚的设计

摘要 为了避免热采井套管受热应力损坏,延长油气井寿命,现场多采用预应力固井。地锚作为预应力固井的必备工具,其功能可靠性和有效性显得尤为重要。国内现有地锚大多应用于较浅直井,在某些较软地层中容易锚固失效,且难以根据地层和施工需要自由组配、不能自主调节喷嘴直径、不具备锚爪自洗功能。结合上述问题,设计了热采井预应力固井模块化地锚,不仅能满足定向井施工需求,而且具有锚爪自洗和锚爪自动复位等功能,并可根据现场实际需要进行模块化组合,从而提高固井施工效率,对于预防热采井套管损坏,促进热采井高效开发具有重要的实际意义。 In order to avoid the casing failure of thermal production wells by thermal stresses and extend the time span of the production wells.Special cementing technology is often used for thermal production wells.As the essential tool for pre-heating cementing,the functional reliability and validity of earth anchor is particularly important.Existing domestic anchors are mostly used in shallow and vertical wells and anchor failure is easily induced in some of the soft formation.It is difficult free combination according to the needs of formation and construction.And it can not independently adjust the nozzle diameter and do not have the anchor claw automatic wash function.In consideration of the problems,modular multifunction anchor for thermal recovery wells cementing has been designed.Not only it can meet the needs of the directional and horizontal wells,but also it can be free modular pairing according to the construction needs.Then it can improve the efficiency of cementing.It has important practical significance for preventing the casing failure and promoting the efficient development of thermal recovery wells.
