摘要
在盆栽条件下,对贵州中部10个造林树种的水分利用效率及光合生理生态特征的差异性进行研究。结果表明,(1)各树种的净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈双峰曲线,蒸腾速率(Tr)均呈单峰曲线,水分利用效率(WUE)以女贞、构树、香椿最大。(2)不同树种的光合生理生态参数有显著差异。法国冬青、香椿、茅栗、女贞、栾树光饱和点及光补偿点高,属于阳性树种;构树光饱和点高而光补偿点低,说明它对强光和弱光的适应能力都强;峨眉含笑、香樟、白玉兰、油茶光饱和点和光补偿点都低,说明这几种植物属于耐荫树种。(3)叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素与光合速率呈显著正相关。(4)根据聚类分析,可将10个树种分为3类,构树是光合特性较优的树种。
The difference of seedling photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of ten tree species in central area of Guizhou province were studied. The results showed that : ( 1 ) The curves of diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in leaves of species showed two peaks, the curves of diurnal variation of transpiration rate (Tr) in leaves of species showed single peaks, water use efficiency (WUE) of Ligustrum lucidum, Broussonetia pa- pyrifera, Toona sinensis were maximum. (2) Physio-ecological parameters of different tree species showed signifi- cant difference. The light compensation and saturation points of Viburnum odoratissimum vat. awabuki, Toona sinen- sis, Castanea seguinii , Ligustrum lucidum, Koelreuteria paniculata were all high, which showed that they were the intolerant tree species. Light saturation point of Broussonetia papyrifera was high but compensation point was low, which showed that it can adapt to different light environments. The light compensation and saturation points of Mich- ella Wilsonii, Toona sinensis , Magnolia denudata, Camellia oleifera were all low , which showed that they were the shade species. (3) The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll gross and carotinoid had signifi- cant positive correlation with Pn. (4) According to clustering analysis, 10 tree species were classified into 3 types.Broussonetia papyrifera is one of tree species with excellent photosynthesis characteristic.
