含笑属植物叶片的解剖学特征及其聚类分析 被引量:4

摘要 应用石蜡切片技术和光镜观察方法,对云南省昆明树木园收集的含笑属28种和1变种以及玉兰属2种共计31种(变种)植物的叶横切结构进行了观察、统计和聚类分析。结果表明,31种(变种)植物的叶片均为背腹异面型叶,上表皮和下表皮均有一层角质层,均有油细胞,栅栏组织厚度与海绵组织厚度之比(栅海比)为0.38—1.07;叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅海比大小、油细胞大小等性状的特征向量绝对值较大,对各主成分具有较大贡献率。含笑属和玉兰属2属植物可依据油叶比分开;合果木属、观光木属与含笑属植物的叶解剖学特征相似,支持将其归并入含笑属。叶片解剖学特征在探讨含笑属与近缘属(玉兰属)的区分以及其属下许多种的分类地位时具有一定参考价值。 The characteristics of leaf anatomical structure were surveyed and analyzed Michelia Linn. and 2 species of Yulania Spach, with a light microscopy (LM) and in 28 species and a variety of paraffin section method. The results show that all leaf blades in the 31 taxa are biracial type, which there is a layer of cuticle on their epidermis and there commonly are oil cells in their mesophyll tissues ; the ratios of the thickness of palisade tissues to that of sponge tissues (TPT/TST) are 0. 38 ~ 1.07. The principal component analysis (PCA) and the cluster analysis of the anatomical characters in the taxa as well as the cluster analysis of the taxa were carried out. Eight principal components are obtained, in which the thickness of blades, palisade tissues and sponge tissues, and the TPT/TST and the size of oil cells play more absolute values in eigenvector and contribute more proportions. The genus Mich- elia Linn. can be distinguished from the genus Yulan Spach in their ratios of the size of oil cell to the thickness of blade, which the former' s ratios are 0.07 -0. 17 and the latter' s 0.21 -0. 28. The genera Tsoongiodendron Chun and Paramichelia Hu resemble the genus Michelia Linn. in leaf anatomical characteristics and it is suggested thatthe former two genera should be reduced to the latter genus Michelia Linn. It is noteworthy that leaf anatomical evi- dence is generally less informative in discussing the subdivision of the genus Michelia Linn. than in clarifying many subgeneric taxa of Michelia Linn. and in recognizing the genus Michelia Linn. from its affinal genus Yulania Spach.
