摘要 讨论了一种内燃机瞬态热力参数微机采集系统。由 4路 A/ D转换器及其控制电路组成的主体部分可实现多路瞬态信号的同步采集 ,配上角标信号调理、角标信号诊断信息的获取和瞬时转速同步测量等功能 ,该系统完全能适应内燃机过渡过程研究的需要。硬件上还设置了可高达 3 2 MByte的数据存储区 ,既保证了大数据量的连续采集 ,又使采集过程独立于微机 CPU,便于燃烧分析软件的设计开发。文中还介绍了系统的软件流程图 。 In this paper,we propose a data acquisition system designed for gathering the engine properties during transient operation conditions,which is composed of hardware of three main parts.Four 12 bit A/D converters and their controller,as the first part,are used for sampling simultaneously the multi-channel transient thermodynamic signals.The other two parts are,the transient engine speed measurement part for getting the corresponding operating conditions of the engine,and the independent memory part for keeping the acquisition process continuously without the managing of computer CPU.The software is also introduced and a practical application of the system is given.
