摘要
目的食管癌是我国的常见恶性肿瘤之一,严重影响患者的生命和生存质量,本文研究了食管癌切除术后患者远期生存的生存质量及其影响因素。方法对行食管癌手术治疗、术后生存5年以上的105例患者,通过门诊随访、信访、电话访问、下乡走访等方式进行生存质量问卷调查,记录患者主观生存质量感受及手术分期、术后病理分期等,完成本次调查的病例共计72例(72/105,68.6%),将调查结果与这些患者术前状况进行比较。结果患者术后在吞咽、饮食、精神状态、睡眠质量方面与术前相比有明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论食管癌切除术后生存超过5年的患者的总的生存质量较为满意,显示手术治疗未对患者的远期生存质量产生严重负面影响,手术治疗对于患者的生存质量影响较小。
Objective Esophageal cancer was one of the most common cancers in our country,which was a serious threat to patient' s lives and survival. In this paper, the long-term survival after resection of esophageal cancer patients quality of life and its influencing factors were studied. Methods A total of 105 patients with esophageal carcinoma surgery,and postoperative survival more than 5 years, were investigated the patient' s feeling of subjective quality of life and surgical staging, postoperative pathologic staging by letters and visits, telephone access, quality of life in the form of countryside visit and questionnaire survey. A total of 72 patients(72/105,68.6% ) were surveyed. Results Compared with preoperative status,there was a significant difference in postoperative swallow, diet, mental state, the sleep quality. Conclusion After esophageal resection, the overall quality of life of the patients survive more than 5 years was relatively satisfied, suggesting that operation on long-term quality of life in patients had no severe negative influence, and surgical treatment had slight effect on patients survival quality.
