摘要
立式金属罐油品静态计量,一般均采用人工检尺法,人工检尺计量存在大量的系统误差和随机误差。本文重点对容量计量环节可能存在的计量误差进行分析,如立式金属罐总容量检定不确定度、液位测量、测深钢卷尺结构变形、参照高度变化、罐体倾斜、上计量基准点模糊等。通过对上述因素的综合分析,给出了提高日常计量准确性、减小计量交接误差的具体建议。
Manual inspecting method is generally used in static measurement of vertical metal tank oil, but it is accompanied with many sys- tem errors and random errors. This paper analyzes the capacity measurement errors, such as the total volume of vertical metal tank, liquid level measurement uncertainty, sounding tape steel structure deformation, reference height changes, tank tilt, upper datum point fuzziness, etc. Based on the comprehensive consideration of these factors, technical methods are offered to improve the daily measurement accuracy and reduce the transfer errors.
