摘要
新城科技园的建设用地以生产研发用地、住宅用地和工业用地为主,另有部分教育、商业用地。相应的,园区建筑类型以办公建筑、居住建筑、工业建筑为主,也有商场、酒店、学校、幼儿园等建筑类型。新城科技园的绿色建筑发展,是为引导新城科技园在高密度开发建设需求下,践行绿色生态可持续发展路线,规范新城科技园绿色建筑设计、施工、运营,提高绿色建筑的普及程度和技术水平。
The lands of Xincheng Technology Park are mainly for research and development, residence and industry. And some of them are for education and commerce. Correspondingly, building types in the park are mainly constituted of office and industry, besides shopping mall, hotel, school, kindergarten and so on. Development of green building in Xincheng Technology Park is to carry on green and ecological sustainable developing route under the demand of high-density development and construction. And then regulate the design, construction, operation of architecture in Xincheng Technology Park, in order to improve the dissemination de- gree and technological level of green building.
