摘要
为确定新建计量站的检测工艺方案,必须弄清检测工艺方案的影响因素,综合分析各影响因素确定最佳检测工艺方案。通过讨论目前国内外运用相对成熟的旁通、直排及环道三种检测工艺方案,总结每种方案的缺点和适用条件。研究结果表明:新建计量站检测工艺方案的确定,需分析该地区的市场需求、方案成本、气源和排气管道等因素。以新疆某计量站设计为例,通过逐一分析影响计量站工艺检测方案的因素,确定了直排方案为该计量站最优检测工艺方案。对将来新建计量站工艺方案的确定有借鉴作用。
In order to determine testing process of new-built metering stations,it is necessary to know the factors which will affect testing results and conduct comprehensive analysis on various factors so as to finalize one optimum process. Introduced are three types of testing processes widely used at home and abroad at present,such as bypass process,straight row process and loop process,analyzed are advantages and disadvantages of each process and their application conditions and it is pointed out that testing process shall be determined according to local market demand, costs,air supply,exhaust pipes and other factors. Taking certain metering station in Xinjiang for an example,conducted is analysis on the factors one by one affecting the testing process of the metering station and straight row is finalized as its optimum process.
