摘要
目的:合成具有抗菌活性的新型Bi(Ⅲ)配合物。方法:在溶剂热的条件下合成,通过元素分析,红外光谱,X射线单晶衍射分析结构,用琼脂扩散法研究抗菌活性。结果:得到的配合物[Bi(H3dhbqdc)(H2dhbqdc)]·2.5DMF(H4dhbqdc=3,6-二羟基-2,5-苯醌-1,4-二甲酸;DMF=N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)是一个三维的金刚石超分子结构,H4dhbqdc是由配体1,4-环己二酮-2,5-二甲酸二甲酯发生了罕见的氧化反应得到的,并且该配合物对大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌具有较好的抗菌性能。结论:合成的三维Bi(Ⅲ)金属有机配合物,初步判断具有潜在的药物研究价值。
Objective: Producting a novel bismuth (III) compound with antibacterial activity. Methods: Under solvothermal conditions, it is characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction analysis. The antibacterial activity is using the agar diffusion method. Results: This compound I-Bi(H3 dhbqdc)(H2 dhbqdc)] · 2. 5DMF (H4dhbqdc = 3, 6-dihydroxy-2, 5-benzoquinone-1, 4-dicarboxylic acid, DMF = N, N-dimethyl formamide) is a three-dimensional diamond topology network structure, and the ligand H4dhbqdc was in situ obtained from dmchdde. To our knowledge, this type of in situ ligand synthesis is very rare in the oxidation reaction,and the complex have good antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion: A preliminary judgment of the 3-D Bi ( III ) complex have potential value in drug research.
