摘要
根据综合科技型企业的融资需求和相关金融机构的特点,设计了科技型企业融资决策支持系统。构建科技金融各参与主体的数据库,对其进行联机分析处理和数据挖掘,分析得出影响科技型企业融资问题的关键因素,通过专家分析以及不断的改进和完善,该决策支持系统能够有效地辅助企业融资决策的制定,进而促进科技金融的有机融合。
According to the characteristics of financing needs of integrated science and technology enterprises and the relevant financial institutions, a financing decision support system of science and technology enterprise is designed. It builds the database of each participation main body of science and technology, takes analysis and data mining on-line, and gets the key factors influencing the science and technology enterprise financing problems, through analysis of expert and constant improvement and perfection, the decision support system can effectively assist corporate to make financing decision-making, and then promote organic integration of science and technology financing.
