摘要 结合湘钢新一代石油储罐用钢板不同热处理工艺组织和力学性能分析,采用焊接热模拟,研究不同热处理工艺的钢板对大热输入焊接粗晶区韧性的影响。研究表明:采用直接淬火(DQ)的钢板,第二相粒子比在离线淬火(RQ)工艺的数量多、尺寸小,大热输入循环后原奥氏体晶粒尺寸小;同时在线淬火后,采用快速加热回火,大热输入焊接性能最佳。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of different heat treatment are analyzed with steel oil storage tanks of a new generation of Xiangtan Steel, using thermal simulation of welding steel plates of dif- ferent heat treatment processes for large heat input HAZ toughness. The studied shows that:the use of di- rect quenching of DQ steel plate, the second phase particles than the quantity in the off - line quenching of RQ technology, more small size, high heat input after the circulation of small prior austenite grain size; at the same time, hardened steel is onlin, tempered steel is rapidly heated, large heat input welding steel best performance.
